§ 52-261. - Ad valorem increment districts or amendments thereto—Approval by certain taxing entities required. From and after the effective date of this section, any ad valorem increment district created by the City pursuant to the Local Development Act, 62 O.S. § 850 et seq., or any amendment(s) to any such increment district, shall require the approval of a majority of the ad valorem taxing entities located within the boundaries of the district. This section shall not be given retroactive effect. (Ord. No. 21720, § 1, 5-22-01)
