19.38.040 - Notification following decision. Within five business days of the date by a responsible official's or the city plan commission determination on an application, written notification of the action shall be mailed to the applicant, stating the action taken. Record of the CPC notification shall be filed with the executive secretary of the city plan commission on the date of notification. (Ord. 16882 § 2 (part), 2008)
