16-16-130 Violation - Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense. Each violation of this chapter may be grounds for revocation of any license issued to any such establishment by the City of Chicago. (Prior code § 194C-7.1; Amend Coun.
