Sec. 22.359. Designation. The Office of Contract Compliance is hereby created within the Bureau of Contract Administration, Department of Public Works. Said office shall be under the control and management of the Inspector of Public Works, who shall be responsible for administering the City’s Contract Compliance Program hereinafter described.
