Sec. 23.120. Maintenance of Pedestrian Malls. The Department shall maintain the following pedestrian malls located within the City: (a) Upon its completion and transfer of jurisdiction from the Community Redevelopment Agency, that pedestrian mall within the Hoover Redevelopment Project constructed on portions of University Avenue and Hoover Boulevard.
