18-29-201.3 Terms defined in other provisions. Where terms are not defined in this article and are defined in Title 14A, 14B, 14C, 14E, 14F, 14M, 14N, 14R or 14X, or other chapters of Title 18, such terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in those provisions unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
