Sec. 182-3. - Capital improvement program—Term. A capital improvement program shall be established for a four-year period and shall be updated in accordance with section 181-6. The term shall commence on the January 1 of the year immediately following the year in which the mayor and members of the city-county council shall take office. (G.O. 161, 1996, § 1)
