Sec. 751.4. - Authority to purchase or condemn property. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Memphis is hereby expressly authorized to purchase or otherwise acquire title to land, easements and rights-of-way to be used in connection with the authority herein granted and may likewise condemn any land, riparian rights, easements and rights-of-way over, on and above the ground in connection with said vehicular parking system as now provided by the mode of condemnation in the City Charter of the City of Memphis.
