SEC. 193.04. PENALTY FOR PAST DUE FEES. Whenever an annual Permit Fee is required to be paid and the fee is 30 calendar days past due, the fee shall be delinquent and an additional sum equal to 25% of the fee shall be imposed for such delinquency. The additional sum shall become a part of the fee required by the Department.
