§27.0316 Notice of Insufficiency of Nominating Petition for Write-in Candidates If the City Clerk finds a nominating petition for a write-in candidate to be insufficient or in improper form, the City Clerk shall so certify and shall send a notice of insufficiency to the write-in candidate seeking nomination.
