§ 9-16 Tenant’s notice to quit. Any of the tenancies mentioned in Sections 9-11, 9-12, and 9-13 may be terminated by the tenant’s giving notice to the landlord thirty (30) days previous to the end of the year, or other period for which he holds the same.
