§ 7-4. Surety bond. The Executive Deputy Commissioner of the Urban Services Agency and the designated Disbursing Officer, before performing any act under the provisions of this subtitle, shall give bond to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore in the amount and form and under the conditions as may be required for employees of the Department of Finance.
