Sec. 591-625. - Appeal from denial of permit. When the appropriate fire prevention bureau shall reject or refuse to grant a permit required by this division, or when it is claimed that provisions of this division or any other provision of this Code relating thereto do not apply, the person may appeal from the decision in writing as set forth in section 591-249 of this Code.
