§ 106-885.  State not obligated for debts created hereunder. Obligations for the acquisition of land incurred by the Department under the authority of G.S. 106-882 to G.S. 106-886 shall be paid solely and exclusively from revenues derived from such lands and shall not impose any liability upon the general credit and taxing power of the State.
