Cost-sharing requirements subject to KRS 304.1-200 Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, the cost-sharing requirements in this chapter shall be subject to KRS 304.1-200. Effective: July 15, 2026 History: Created 2026 Ky. Acts ch. 27, sec. 2, effective July 15, 2026. Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/2026). 2026 Ky.
