Sec. 380.306. - Penalty. It is unlawful for a person to violate a provision of this Part or an order of the Director of Solid Waste and Resource Management issued to enforce this Part. Upon conviction thereof, the person shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $450. Each act of unlawful depositing or other violation of a provision of this Part constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 74-444-179, § 1; Ord. 83-591-400, § 1; Ord. 88-1065-548, § 16)
