SEC. 88.03.1. COMMERCIAL LOADING ZONES, TIME LIMIT ZONES AND NO PARKING ZONES - WHEN PERSONAL PARKING METERS REQUIRED. (Added by Ord. No. 170,019, Eff. 10/21/94.) When the operator of a commercial vehicle first parks such vehicle in a commercial loading zone, time limit zone or no parking zone with the intent to remain for a period of time in excess of thirty (30) minutes, the operator shall activate and display within the vehicle, in accordance with Section 88.06.1, a personal parking meter approved by the Department.
