(a) DBS shall notify a utility and/or NYCPUS whichever is appropriate, in writing, of an applicant's eligibility to receive a special rebate by forwarding to them a certified copy of an applicant's certificate of eligibility executed in accordance with 66 RCNY § 5-87. (b) DBS shall notify a utility and/or NYCPUS, whichever is appropriate, in writing, of any changes in an applicant's certificate of eligibility as set forth in 66 RCNY § 5-87.
