§33.3905 Application for Work Permit — Contents Employees in cardrooms must obtain a work permit from the Chief of Police; applications for such work permits shall be submitted under oath and contain such information as may be deemed by the Chief of Police necessary to determine whether the applicant is a proper person to be employed in a cardroom. Each application for a work permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable investigation fee. An annual, separate, nonrefundable renewal fee shall be to defray, in part, the cost of inspection, investigation and enforcement of the cardroom provisions.
