Sec. 380.613. - Severability. If any Section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this Part is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof, and to this end, the provisions of this Part are declared severable.
