11.06.010 - Conformance required. Unless otherwise provided, it is a misdemeanor for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in this Title. (Ord. 3989 § 1, 1996: prior code § 10-7-1)

Las Vegas Municipal Code § 11.06.020 Responsibility of owners, employers, supervisors.

11.06.020 - Responsibility of owners, employers, supervisors. It is unlawful for the owner, or any other person, employing, supervising or otherwise directing the driver of any vehicle to cause or knowingly permit the operation of the vehicle upon a highway in any manner contrary to law. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 11.06.030 Orders or directions of officials.

11.06.030 - Orders or directions of officials. No person shall wilfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any Officer or official who is authorized to enforce the provisions of this Chapter. (Ord. 5870 § 4, 2006: Ord. 3090 § 1, 1983: prior code § 10-7-3)

Las Vegas Municipal Code § 11.06.040 Pushcarts—Riding animals—Animal-drawn vehicles.

11.06.040 - Pushcarts—Riding animals—Animal-drawn vehicles. Every person propelling any pushcart or riding an animal upon a roadway, and every person driving any animal-drawn vehicle, shall be subject to the provisions of this Code applicable to the driver of any vehicle, except those provisions of this Code which by their very nature can have no application.
