Sec. 13.93. Term of Permit. The term of a spur track permit granted under the provisions of this chapter shall be for a period of twenty-one (21) years from and after the date of the passage of the ordinance granting said permit, unless revoked prior thereto pursuant to the provisions of Section 13.92 of this chapter.
