103.71 - Seventieth Ward. The boundaries of the Seventieth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the centerline of the Olentangy River and an air line extension of Riverview Drive, west along said air line and the centerline of Riverview Drive to the corporation line of Columbus (Kenney Road) following the corporation line in an irregular course northerly, westerly, northerly, westerly and northerly following the corporation line to Henderson Road, east on centerline of Henderson Road to the Olentangy River, south along the Olentangy River to the place of beginning.
