10-36-370 Violation - Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $200.00 for each offense and/or be incarcerated in a penal institution for a term of up to seven days under the procedure set forth in Section 1-2-1.1 of the Illinois Municipal Code, as amended, and each day such a violation shall continue shall be regarded as a separate offense.
