No. 548 By Council Members Berman, the Speaker (Council Member Vallone), Eisland, Pinkett, Fields, Clarke, McCaffrey, Wooten, Spigner, Castaneira-Colon, Dear, Robles, DeMarco and Malave-Dilan; also Council Members Albanese, Fisher, Koslowitz, Michels, Rivera, Ward and Williams A Local Law in relation to the provision of a retirement Incentive for certain employees of the City of New York Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subject to the provisions of Chapter 643 and 644 of the Laws of 1992, the retirement incentive authorized by such acts is made available to employees of the City of New York who meet the criteria set forth in such acts. The open period, as defined in subdivision g of section 1 of Chapter 643, shall commence on November 16, 1992 and end on December 31, 1992. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
