§33.3910 Limitations on Number of Cardrooms At no time shall there be issued and in effect cardroom licenses for more than the number of cardrooms in existence as of the effective date of this ordinance; provided, however, that if and when any existing license is surrendered, revoked, or not renewed as required by the provisions hereof, the maximum number of cardroom licenses shall be deemed reduced to that extent.
