Sec. 10.45.2. Citywide Project Labor Agreement. The Board of Public Works shall approve a Department of Public Works Project Labor Agreement (DPW-PLA) and apply it to qualifying future public works Construction projects in accordance with criteria established by the Board of Public Works.
