460.847. Annual report. Sec. 47. A joint agency shall, following the close of each fiscal year, submit a report of its activities for the preceding year to the governing bodies of its member municipalities. The annual report shall set forth a complete operating and financial statement covering the operations of the joint agency during the preceding year, together with an audit of its operations as prescribed in section 48. 1976, Act 448, Imd.
