Sec. 106.704. - Constructive point of origin. For purposes of reimbursement of travel expenses, all travel shall be deemed to have commenced at the place where the majority of the work of the traveler is performed, in the case of officers and employees of an agency, and at the usual place of business or residence or the place where the travel actually commenced, whichever is less, in the case of other travelers.
