§ 6-17. - Penalties. (a) Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this Code shall be punished by fine and costs not to exceed the sum of $1,200.00 excluding costs and/or imprisonment for a period of not more than six months. (b) Each day that any violation of the provisions of this Code is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Code 1980, § 6-116; Ord. No. 19392, § 1, 4-3-90; Ord.
