Sec. 54-158. - Careless driving. It shall be unlawful for any person operating a vehicle anywhere in the city to drive: (1) In an unreasonable and imprudent manner, without having regard to the actual and potential hazards then existing; or (2) So as to lose control of the vehicle thereby endangering or colliding with any person, structure, thing, vehicle or other conveyance.
