Columbus City Codes § 597.99
in effect597.99 - Penalties
(A) Whoever violates Sections 597.13 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Any violation shall constitute a separate offense for each successive day continued.
(B) A violation of Sections 597.19, 597.21, 597.22, and 597.23 shall be grounds for revocation of the Alarm Dealer License by the Director.
