§ 21-267. - Floors. The floors of all rooms in which mix, frozen desserts, or their ingredients are manufactured, frozen, or stored, or in which containers and utensils are washed, shall be constructed of concrete or other equally impervious and easily cleaned material, and shall be smooth, properly drained, provided with trapped drains, and kept clean.
