SEC. 28-149. GIVING FALSE ADDRESS UPON ARREST FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATION. A person, upon being arrested by a police officer for a violation of a traffic law or ordinance, shall give the arresting officer, as his address, his true and correct address. (Ord. 14584)
