Sec. 8-20-10. - Violation—Penalty. Any person violating or permitting the violation of any provision of this chapter and title, shall upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $50.00 for each separate violation. Each day that any violation of this Code or any ordinance continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Code 1985, § 5-73; Ord. No. 4954, § 1, 8-6-2002)
