Baltimore City Code, Article 15, § 26-1 Defacing posters.

§ 26-1. Defacing posters. It is unlawful for any person to destroy, tear, or otherwise deface any bill (if posted where permitted) descriptive of any performance paying a license to the City for permission to hold the performance. (Ord. 99-526; Rev. Ords. 1858-037.)
