Sec. 441-337. - Restriction on left turns in the central traffic district. The driver or operator of a vehicle emerging from or entering an alley, driveway, building, garage or parking lot within the central traffic district shall not make a left turn of such vehicle into or from any street, alley or highway, except when all traffic approaching such place is at a safe distance therefrom.
