SEC. 57.2203.3.1.3. DUST COLLECTION SYSTEMS FOR ROOMS OR BUILDINGS. Every plant, factory, workshop, or other premises in which dust is produced, or is a by-product, in such quantities as to create a hazard, shall be equipped with an approved pneumatic or mechanical dust collection system designed, maintained, and operated to keep all hazardous accumulations of dust from such premises, including all enclosed and inaccessible areas and spaces.
