421.11a. Privilege; waiver. Sec. 11a. An individual who testifies voluntarily before another body concerning representations the individual made to the unemployment agency pursuant to the administration of this act waives any privilege under section 11 otherwise applying to the individual's representations to the unemployment agency. Add. 2012, Act 422, Imd. Eff. Dec. 21, 2012 [Compiler] Former MCL 421.11a, which pertained to agreements for benefits under federal temporary unemployment compensation act of 1958, was repealed by Act 281 of 1965, Eff.
