SEC. 50-154. AUTHORITY TO INSPECT. The director, any representative of the city health officer or environmental health officer, or a peace officer may inspect any street vendor and the business procedure of a street vendor operating under this article to determine whether the vendor is complying with this article, regulations established under this article, and any other applicable city ordinance or state or federal law.
