Sec. 44-139. - Suspension or revocation. In addition to the other penalties herein provided, the manager of licensing and consumer protection shall have the power to suspend or to revoke, to any time, any license issued under this division whenever any such sale is conducted in violation of the provisions of this article or in such manner as to deceive or defraud the public.
