§ 50-4. - Peddling gasoline on street. (a) No person shall engage in peddling gasoline upon any street, avenue, alley or public thoroughfare. (b) As used in Subsection (a) the term "peddling of gasoline" shall mean the selling, distributing or delivering of gasoline from tank wagons or other conveyances but shall not include delivering of gasoline to gasoline filling stations or to containers for stationary pumps.
