1163.11 - Charges when meter impracticable, Schedule "F". Applicability: To Various Customers: "When it is impracticable to supply electric energy through a meter, a fair and uniform charge shall be made by the Director of Columbus Water & Power or designee. Type of Service: Alternating current at the city's standard conditions supplied from its secondary or primary distribution mains. Electric Rate: The same as set forth in the various applicable rate schedules. (Ord. 972-94; Ord. No. 1882-2026, § 1, 6-29-2026.)
