Baltimore City Code, Article 11, § 16-28 Retaliation or discrimination prohibited.

§ 16-28. Retaliation or discrimination prohibited. No employer or other person may take or refuse to take a personnel action or otherwise retaliate or discriminate against any person as a reprisal for that person’s having alleged a violation of this subtitle or otherwise having exercised a right granted by this subtitle. Baltimore City Code, Article 11, § 16-30 Criminal penalties.

§ 16-30. Criminal penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle or of a rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each offense. (Ord. 18-213.)
