§ 13-211 Time of payment of pensions. All pensions payable out of the police pension fund shall be paid in equal monthly installments, each one-twelfth, in amount, of the sum allowed as the annual pension or in ratably smaller amounts when the benefit begins after the first day of the month or ends before the last day of the month.
