Sec. 38-126. - Unlawful purchase of weapons. It shall be unlawful for any person who purchases, rents, or exchanges any firearm, except for a law enforcement officer, to give a false or fictitious name, or any other false, fraudulent, or incorrect information to the person from whom such firearm is purchased, rented, or exchanged.
