Sec. 7-8-5. - Wholesale beer tax. Pursuant to the authority contained in T.C.A. § 57-6-103, there is imposed on the sale of beer at wholesale within the city a tax of 17 percent of the wholesale price. (Code 1967, § 5-74; Code 1985, § 4-55)
