Motion to seal child's record Upon attaining majority, a person who was the subject of an action under this chapter may make a motion for the sealing of records relating to a petition filed under this chapter. In its discretion, the court may order the record unsealed for good cause shown. Effective: April 10, 1988 History: Amended 1988 Ky.
