in effectSec. 20-417. - Annual plan and operating budget.
The board of any tourism improvement district shall, by September 30 of each year, file with the manager a budget and annual plan for the ensuing year. the annual plan and operating budget shall be subject to approval of the city council each year in a manner similar to the way the operating plans and budgets of business improvement districts are approved under section 31-25-1211, C.R.S. The annual plan and operating budget may, from time to time, be amended by the district with the approval of the city council in substantially the same manner as the process for formulating the annual plan and operating budget for each year.
