304.32-120. Certificate of authority -- Extension When the annual statement of a corporation subject to the provisions of this subtitle shall have been filed and all fees due from the corporation shall have been paid, the corporation's certificate of authority to do business in this state shall automatically be extended until such time as the commissioner refuses to relicense the corporation.
